I was born and raised in northeastern Ok. I moved around alot and now live in the midwest. Most of my family still live there and I go back from time to time. A great place to grow up and visit. Some day when I retire I'd like to move back there. Getting tired of the big citys and all the rat race. All I need is a guitar, beer and a fishing pole. You know what they say about when you give a man a fish. Later partner

I was being facetious in my "Wasn't the movie "Twister" based in Oklahoma?" like the way Chet stated he has a brother there, or the way Mr Bill has driven through. Guess it didn't seem like that though.

In Florida, we do have twisters, or tornadoes. And being close to the water, I have seen many, many waterspouts from my time spent fishing.

Saltwater only, inshore/flats fishing. The offshore thing does not interest me at all. And neither does freshwater, I actually live on a pond/creek and never have an interest to fish it.

I've only fished on the East coast a few times, but kings and AJs are fun to catch on either coast. I mainly fish Tampa Bay and Charlotte Harbor/Pine Island Sound for snook, redfish, and tarpon. Of course there are other fish to catch inshore but that is what I specifically target. A few of my friends and our families usually go down and fish Islamorada in early May, but this years trip had to be cancelled due to various things coming up for all of us.
