Using the Member list above and sorting for location in decending order, I found 5 or 6 (can't remember now) others who are from OK.

Hello Fender Strat,

I left Amirillo on US40 and headed right through
the state on the east side of the state there are
some large lakes so I got off the highway and
had lunch in small town USA and spent a bit of
time enjoying the scenery.

May have been a Arrowhead
Park I visited, we're talking 1977.

I watched Tister the other day and yes, it is based in Oklahoma. Some portions were filmed in Iowa.

Yep.People actualy chase twisters like that.

You dont get twisters in floridia? Do you.
There kinda like hurricans but not 80mph winds.Less water to.

a big part of the films actaully chasing scenes where filmed in Ponca City, about an hour north from wehre i grew up. They where right down the road from a friedns house and he tooks us down there and we saww the set up and then after, it looked like they where never there
