Since I got in a little trouble playing my DRRI too loud, I have been looking for a smaller amp for just messing around. I was almost ready to buy a really small solid state amp and do the headphone thing, and then I ran across this.

I called the guy and offered to trade him my acoustic guitar for it. It's a nice guitar and can be found for ~$315, but I only have $65 invested in it.

Any opinions on the amp head? I'm not too worried about the speaker and cab.

Definitiveliy sufficient to still shake the neighbors I don't know that particular top , but the brand is quite ok- can't go wrong with 12AX7 / EL84 ?? Go for it

Wow, and no shortage of pictures! It looks like a deal to me.

Of course, I own a Kustom Defender 50W all-tube combo and I love it - but it's way too loud for the bedroom, even just playing clean I have trouble controlling it...
