Ordered the "Chiquita Boom" sized margarita at lunch, not knowing how large it would be. I'm now sitting at work in a fairly tipsy state. What do I do?

Keep your mouth shut, your head down and look like you're quite busy at whatever it is you want them to believe you are working on.

Hi howardken52: first land the plane, then when the passengers have disembarked go for a nice lie down and sleep it off.

Mixing booze with "work" always did the trick for Keef......and many others in his profession.....for a while anyway.

Don't walk around, people will be able to tell.

Just sit quietly, and if you must....go ahead and pee in your pants,,,
they won't notice that.

[Saturday] Ah-ha: yet another thread where the original poster has later deleted his contribution leaving a series of posts that seem to make no sense, and someone who didn't start it suddenly sitting at the top of the page. For some reason that latter seems to keep happening to somebizarredude in particular, which is not very fair.

Seriously though: we're all glad of the occasional chance to edit our posts for idiot typos, but anything beyond that seems just bad manners and makes nonsense of the Forum. I don't think we should even be able to delete posts: once we've written something we should be man enough to stand by it.

...Though if howardken52 happens to be a Fender employee I can sort of see why he might have regretted starting this thread. :D

Cheers - C
