Is this a new trend.....who wins in a barfight, player A or B (example).
Advice beginners to go to the library or buy a book about guitars, or go
to the fender site for set-ups or info.
They'll answer that they have a too busy life to read ?
To busy.......why play the guitar if you got no time ?

I think if they post barfight polls then they do have enough time to read. I like to read the responses on these polls, though.

Speaking on behalf of the non-shorttempered newbies who DO have enough time to read... I do appreciate the help/advice/tips that have been given here.

Thanks to all... (or at least MOST) ;)

I took a break from forum surfing for a few days, but nice to see nothing has changed.

Which midget Kiss tribute band would win in a fight? Mini Kiss or Tiny Kiss?

I'm of the belief that no question is a stupid question. I'm no expert on guitars, and I've learned quite a bit from reading "others" questions, along with the answers. I find more information for this forum than most guitar books.

I meant ''stupid polls'' not the questions asked about the guitar.
I did found more answers reading about set-ups or the names of the
parts on the guitar. I'm willing to answer every question, but every week
the same question ?

I understand, tostinesert. I guess I'm looking at it from a "newbie" perspective. I've just started looking at posts (very recently), so...everything in here is new to me. So I thought, maybe some others are also new, and may ask questions that have already been answered. I've often had questions, that I thought were something that everyone already knew the answer to......as as a result, I don't post it. I've always sent those questions to Fender itself, so that people in here won't think "what a dummy".

Like I said......I'm new here, and just feeling my way around. I never meant any offense. Not my style.

I second that!

Once you get past the lame stuff, this forum really is a great learning experience.

I guess people just haven't learned what a search button does (and Fender could do some improvements on the forum search engine)

And nice that so many new ppl have started using the forum :D
