Some of those Samick guitars were pretty good.

I know Samick has made guitars for squire. Haven't played it yet needs new strings and is coat with dust. It is in pretty much mint condition. :D

I'd put a reversed headstock neck and a black 3 ply pg with red trim on that thing.

Hmmm, I like the reverse head stock idea, i'll think about that. Does any one know if mim or am strat trm assy will drop into one of these? :)

20 bucks  ! I know a couple of Samick collectors that would pop a blood vessel for a deal like that. Good score, congrats! :D

Thanks SBLS, I couldn't believe it either. First time this blind monkey has ever found a banana. Best part is this was on Craigslist for over 2 weeks when I e-mailed the guy and this was his asking price! :D

Strangely the spring cover on the back is black and made from some sort of plastic unlike what you see on fenders.

Fist bump! Nice snag. Can you post a close up of the paint job? It looks pretty cool.

Yeah the finish is real cool and has no nicks or chips in the most likely polyester finish. Reminds me of a slow lava flow. I will try to post close up of finish after I clean it up. However to be honest it took me three tries to post this picture and I'm still not sure how I did it.

Neat finish.

Hard to go wrong for $20 on a reasonable quality guitar. Especially one that looks pretty cool.
