The speaker is a Jensen C12NA made in the 48th week of 1966, which was standard that year for the Bassman Amp. If you can post the cab's dimensions I may be able to determine more. Pics would be nice as well.

That's a rare variation of the Bassman enclosure made for one year only (1966). Likely the speaker(s) are original to the cab.

The value would be contingent upon the cab's condition -- both structural and cosmetic. A surcharge could be added if the speakers are marked "Fender/Jensen" on their labels.

The C12NA was originally rated for 50 watts program material. Thus, a pair shouldn't really be used with an amp whose output exceeds 100 watts RMS.

Does it look like this?

This is my 66 Bassman Cab with C12N original speakers in it. These are the Fender Jensen labels Arjay was referring to.

An Oxford speaker will be marked "465-XXX" to identify its brand and when it was made. The typical Oxford speaker for a vintage Fender Bassman cab would be the 12T6 or 12T8 (this speaker was also OEM for the Twin Reverb). Oxfords typically do not have a company decal or logo on them but they'll often be seen with the silver-and-blue Fender label (either square in shape or as a "donut") affixed to the magnet.

Here is what the original style amp head would look like. Might be impossible to find the exact original head, but you should be able to find one on CL or Ebay...for around $600 or so.

And here's the type of cab owned by the OP, mated to a standard blackface Bassman head......

Image

This transitional enclosure was introduced in the spring of 1966 and lasted only until January of '67 when the "big-box" cab (also shared by the Bandmaster) appeared. Unlike the original "small-box" design, this obscure variant was ported in an attempt to maximize the increased interior volume of the box.

(this photo was shamelessly purloined from an Ebay listing and is re-posted here under the "fair use" non-commercial protocols of copyright law)

I wouldn't know -- the music room is not mine (nor the amp).
