I'm looking for a fixed bridge guitar but I don't want to spend more than a grand. Any suggestions. Just need something easier to change tunings on. My current guitar has a Floyd Rose.

I guess you like to try them out, which is wise, but I think I could buy it without trying it :D
Check out the changes of the 2012 model . Some like it - some don't .
I have one guitar w Floyd Rose , and a couple of strats , which I love, but my favorites these days , are two '69 tele thinline RI . But you can't go wrong with the Am. Std. Tele , IMO :D

If you want a Strat, give the Robert Cray a try. It's a string-through hardtail.
