So I was able to apply the wah pedal and add dots and drag it on where I want more wah and less wah, however... It applies to the whole track on its own, I only want to apply the wah pedal on a small part of the song in Garage Band, anyone knows how I can do that?

Record a separate wah track in the places you want it.

I've never used a wah in garage bands, but if it works the same way as the dots and lines for the volume and pan automations you should be able to get it to sound like there is no wah when the line is in the very middle. I could be very wrong though.

Highlight the area/marks where you want the wah sounds and duplicate 'regions' on a new track, then edit out the older track or delete it.
