Congratulations on getting an acoustic guitar...they're great. Portability is a virtue often overlooked, I think.
I know that you are a big Ramones fan, but for something acoustic and in a different genre, check this out....

Buxom, you are aware that The Ramones aren't the only band that ever existed ???

you wont get put in jail or sodomised for listening or playing something else every now and then.

I am aware, and I do like many other bands.

Agent Orange, The Misfits, Nirvana, Coachwhips, Black Flag, Jimi Hendrix Experience, Death, Sponge, UB40, Exodus, The Germs, Stratovarious, Child's Play, and Journey, to name a few.

The Ramones just happen to be my favorite band.
