Good morning everyone. I have the coffee brewing and Steely Dan is playing. Now that is a nice start.....Not too much going on today although the weather is very nice in my part of the world. I have a bit of housework to do....maybe a movie with my boy, and of course a bit of the blues on the new strat. BTW...I was at the Bayfront Blues fest last weekend.....it was outstanding!

I hope you all have a great day........keep rippin' out those riffs 8)

Good morning to you also! Absolutely wonderful weather here in Ohio today..mid 70's no humidity loving it! Going to be a perfect day to have all the windows open and annoy neighbors! Looking forward to watching my friends band playing later tonight.
Hope everyone has a great day! Long live coffee!

G'day, Beaubs and everyone.

Nice sunny day here in London, rising to 30C / 86F later, apparently. Lazy tea and toast in the garden with Mrs C this morning; now just trying to summon the energy to go for a run.

Then tomorrow I'm off for my annual residential week of violin making at the Cambridge Violin Workshop. That's some of the best fun this fella can have! :D

Have a good one, y'all - C

62 degrees at 10:00 in the morning - finally, some COOL weather! Which means that I should get the extension ladder out and start working on those eaves - only 26' off the ground!

On the other hand, I could get out into the shop, put away the PA system and the guitar amps and start cutting some wood and get back to work finishing off the T&G on the basement walls...

Decisions, decisions...

Good day all! Here in southern Norway it's a rainy day- but rather hot- about 21C/70F. A bit unusual combination here.I guess I'll do some recording- turn up the amp while the neighbors are still awake  Take care :D

Hello Beaubs and all.

Rainy and humid here today. Allegedly off to a pool party this afternoon?? Wonder how that will work with the rain?

But the coffee is hot and I'm off to check the garden.

Tomatoes and peppers have been and will be bountiful this year. I notice the pumpkins are growing too. Herbs are doing well. Great weather so far this summer. Hard to believe it's almost over! :( Mr. Woodchuck has been sniffing around the garden so I need to do something about that.

Split and Stacked 2 cord of wood for the Fall/Winter last weekend. Have a couple more to go. But maybe not today... :D
No threat of snow yet... so I have time.

Enjoy the day.

Good morning all. Hope all is well with you and your's.

I've already had too much coffee. Got in around 4am from our gig last night. A one nighter, so we set up, sound checked, took a couple of hours to rest up & clean up, played the gig, tore down, loaded up and then unloaded once I got home. I know alot of you have been there before so you know what I'm talking about.
Slept about 4½ hours. Couldn't sleep any later. Too use to getting up early for my day job.
No gig tonight, but we are visiting with a couple of club owners about some bookings.
Finally received some rain last night, not much but any is better than nothing. We've had less than 2" in the last 2½ months. Tempertures have really cooled down and that's nice. 69º F right now. Way better than the 100's we've been having.
Wife works this weekend, so I'm enjoying some quiet time with my dog Scooter. The wife keeps bugging me about some "Honey Do" list. I told her when I say I'm gonna take care of it, don't worry it's gonna get done! She don't have to keep reminding me every 6 months about it!

Well, have a good one all.......I am!

Afternoon all,
Heavy rain this morning, so blanket over head and commence sleeping in. That was today's first order of business. Up late last night playing with my new toy, Mustang 3. GC had them on sale last week-end so I went to "look".
This afternoon wil be devoted to my Gretch 5120 and a few of the Deluxe settings on the new amp.
Cheers,
John.E

Good day Forumites and Forumettes!

Got a big pot of tea, Beatles have been playing all morning, and the 3 1/2 hr Saturday morning meeting at the office was postponed to Monday. Life is temporarily good. :D

Summer weather pattern here in SoFla -- High around 90°F, low around 80°F, threat of afternoon thunderstorms. In fact, it looks like it's clouding up a bit already.
