I quit calling people like that "Liberal(s)" a long time ago. It is a mis-nomer. They are "Leftists." True classical liberals would not censor. Leftists (they like to be called "Progressives" now) have an epi-center of world view and a set of values, when you stray from that you are censored or arrested, as in any other culture or society when you violate its values.

It probably better to stay away from such topics on these forums. But you can do what you wish.

Skynyrd...have liked their music since I was 17, I disagree with some of their views but you really have to ask if these guys ( who are millionaires and have gone around the world more times than I ) really actually believe what they sing about or does it just make for a commercial product that sells....?? I take the good ole boy image with a large dose of skepticism.
These guys are astute, not obtuse so what sells is the determining factor, even though it may rub some the wrong way..

As for the ICP clowns, they remind me of the clowns that every so often would get transferred to our High School, would soon enough be seen getting bounced down the hallways by the FFA boys since they had no respect for anyone, especially any form of education.
To me these clowns are prime candidates for a uniform, a vacation to Boot Camp and a nice all expenses paid holiday to Afgahnistan or Iraq for some reality check...
let's just see how their bravado stands up when in a real nightmare....

I still have the wrist-rocket sling shot and the BB gun I had as a child. Does that count? Those are the only "weapons" I've ever owned and I've never really seen a need to own anything more. However I do wear short sleeved shirts from time to time so I do excercise my right to bare arms.

I figure if I owned a gun and the 5h!t hit the fan with an intruder I'd only escalate matters and get myself killed by pointing my gun. I am confident that I could never kill another human being and unless you're willing to do so ... holding a gun is just a quicker way to "buy it."

You Tube is a disgrace anyway. They put a warning on a video like this because someone flags it for some reason. On the other hand when you report a user for using hate speech on the internet, nothing is done I reported the same warped individual twice for denigrating !@$ people and referring to them in degrading offensive terms.

I thought i'd hear something back about how they'd looked into it but zilch. Nothing was done and the person is free to spout his hatred of gays all over the net, potentially poisoning the minds of others.

I think you'd agree this situation was a lot worse and more serious than a song by Skynyrd with guns in the title?

Legalization of same-sex marriage is in process. The neocons trot out these wedge issues when they can't win on economic ones, which is always. As far as the Skynryd song, no one is trying to 'take' our guns and some of us want to make it harder for the mentally ill and gangs to gun down our kids.
