I wouldn't expect many responses. There must be half a dozen polls about that already.

As for which one to get? Play a bunch and get the one you like most. It's gonna be your guitar. No one elses opinion matters.

This one has been done to death already.

Go out and play as many as you can your hands on and find the one that you like most.

Hello Guitarlegend1218,

My feelings are the strats are more comfortable.
Actually, the most comfortable guitar of all. 8)

Cheers.

Both.

And Mr. Bill, 'personally consider the Mosrite Mk I and Jazzmaster the most comfortable guitars to actually play, in that order.

I have a tele and a strat, but I think the strat has more of a variety in sound. Plus....I think that the way the body is designed....it is much more comfortable to play.

It also depends on the style of music you play in the most.

We can't decide for you, you have to make your mind up for yourself. I would go with a strat because a strat is good for everything from metal to blues to disco. A telecaster has a very twangy bluesy sound when played through a clean channel, but it also has a very good metal tone when played loud through an overdrive channel. Overall I thiknk the strat is better. It all depends on what you play. It's up to you at the end of the day.
