Oooh! 5 pick ups and a chord. I wonder if its a g chord? Too bad you can't transfer what you learned on acoustic guitar to electric.

I've got a couple of guitars in storage. I hope the strings don't fall off!

Here's something I never knew...

Electric guitar with stand and amp

guitar hasnt been played in a few years so it needs tuned

I thought once you tuned a guitar, that was it! From then on, you could just play it.

At least none of the strings has fallen off...

A couple of 'interesting' relic'd guitars on my local CL:

fender stratocaster relic (otisville)

this is a standard mim strat made in 98.heavy relic made to look like it was in a fire.all lacquer was removed resulting in better tone.this was done fame off to protect all electronics and professionally set up at a guitar shop.you'll never find one like this{fender has a burnt one for 4500.i'm not looking to that much.i need to get around 800,alot of time and money was invested to achieve this look.i am willing to trade for other guitar either straight up or cash on top.

HEAVY RELIC MEXICAN STRATOCASTER W/ UPGRADES FT/FS (Hurley, NY)

This is a standard mexican stratocaster that i picked up and did some heavy work and changes to. As you can see the body has been relic'd pretty heavily but does not diminish the quality of the sound in any way. As for changes in parts, I swapped the neck out for a beautiful tinted 60's reissue neck, I installed a floyd upgrades brass big block, brass spring claw, and three noiseless springs in the back for a huge leap in sustain and a much fuller sound. I also changed the stock pickups to Fender's Custom Shop 69's that really make the guitar sing. Other changes are simply cosmetic.. I put an older looking pickguard, older knobs, and pickup covers on to really help make the guitar look relic'd. I am looking for a Fender Super Reverb Reissue amplifier for trade for this beauty. I will also accept cash offers but only at the right price. Anyone who is willing to trade a Fender Super Reverb or any other all tube Fender Amplifier (Twin Reverb, Deluxe Reverb) will receive full priority. Please feel free to contact me via email or texting/calling 845 seven five zero 7813 with any questions or concerns you may have. Comes with a gig bag. Thanks for looking!
