I don't own one, but I've always loved the Sheridans

I'm getting on my soapbox again . . .

Please bring back the Fender Esprit. You need a offering in this market segment. The original Esprits are running $2,000 to $5,000 and the Coronados are getting old and frail.

Don't make me buy that Sheraton.

Take it from me... don't buy that Sheraton.

It's not so much a guitar as a guitar-shaped object.

Is that the Sheraton or the Sheraton 2? Actually, a Casino would be better.

I already have the Epi Dot and for the money it's terrific. One of the local acts here in SoFla entered the Int'l Blues Competition in Memphis last year and won playing a Sheraton II.

well everybody is saying 335, but thats a semi hollow body. if youre looking for a inexpensive hollow body Gretsch has a great option that i've played before:

G5120 Electromatic Hollowbody

its around 600 but plays like a more expensive guitar

ch ch check it out

Kingman 44,

Yeah, it might be better to get an Epi hollow instead of a grestch. I have a grestch solid, and I think that if there is a bigsby on the hollow, it will make the strings go out of whack!

Yep, Epi's Joe Pass model is really affordable if you're looking for a big jazz box.

Some of my fav. artist play hollow bodies = BB, the Foo Fighters , Kings of Leon, etc...

So Of course I hope that the guitar I can buy for my 25 birthday would be a 335 or a thinline :D (preferably with a bigsby) :p

Gotta go with a Gretsch 5120. They make them with the dynasonics and some generic humbuckers. these guitars are really nice and worth saving up a little bit more... much better than an Epi, especially lately.

How about bringing back the Starcaster -- the semi-hollow guitar not the new solid body sold by big box retailers.
