The forums are really turning into a bad place. Here I am relaxing with a cup of coffee and come across this thread. Back in the day when I was exclusively a guitar player, i used a Fender Fuzz-Wah. It went away a long time ago and since then I've put all my creative efforts into the bass guitar.

Last Christmas my lovely wife bought me a Strat, and i bought a mustang amp. Life was good!

Thanks to you, i had to search for that pedal and much to my surprise, they're making them again.

Now I have to buy one! Damn G.A.S.!

I have a Proco Rat/Russian Muff clone dual drive. Things get pretty dirty.

Fulltone Plimsoul....some may consider it closer to an OD but, gets as heavy and as dirty as you'll ever want or need...does the emulation of a high gain amplifier superbly.

Pro Co "You Dirty Rat"

Actually I don't use it anymore right now, all my amps have perfect gain sounds and my present setup is this (following pic) plus a new Boss OC-3 octaver. I needed it (Dirty Rat) for my Vox Night Train 18 which I just sold. The "Hall of Fame" (tc electronics) is used when playing via my Tubemeister 18 (no onboard reverb).
