Nice job. Do you normally use a 2.0mm? Seems kind of thick. I made several aluminum picks. I like them for leads that need a little metallic sound, but they aren't my everyday pick. Here's the last one I made, it's .75mm thick:

nice detail. you know, if you burnish the wood the pick will glide more smoothly. I don't know what you have for tools but there are a few you can use to get a good shine... and the tools will not be used conventionally.
A good burnish will happen if you put the wood against high speed moving metal... like the side of a band saw blade. it's a shiny, natural finish.
Just a thought. if you do it, practice a little on some scrap before subjecting your little masterpiece to the "death metal". 8)

I do not know if I am more impressed at the time and patience that took to make..or the fact you can actually keep a pic for 3 weeks..on a good day I can keep track of one for 3 hours tops..

thanks :) yes it did take alot of time and patiences i only used a pocket knife and sand paper at the end to smooth it out and shape the edges and it almost cost me the tip of my finger it got so hard to hold on to as for loosing picks i used to be just like you but then i was at a dollar store and seen on of these

Holy cow, that's a pretty looking pick! (to both you guys)

They're so nice, I'll let you make me some at NO COST TO YOU! :) (except for price of materials, labor, and shipping + handling)

Sound like a plan?
