Scotty Moore was a complete wild man on the guitar! Very proficient! Albert Lee is an incredible player himself (not surprising that he used to jam with Page...they just went off in slightly different directions, I suppose). It's no wonder that Eric Clapton took Albert Lee out on the road with him for a while there. Clapton liked (and still does) bringing very hot guitar players to play with him in his band...I assume he likes having someone else around to "push" him a bit.
