(or which are not ?!)

is theese gears american made ?

Fender Pawn Shop Mustang Special
Fender Deluxe player series
Fender Roadhouse strat

and which Strat guitar gives a good a build and a very low action height ? are fenders built for that ?

Pretty much any Fender gives low action if you adjust it that way. Also, pretty much any Fender is built well.

None of the models you listed are made in America. The only ones that are those which have "American" in the name as well as the Hotrod Series.

That's not to say that you shouldn't still consider other models because of their country of origin.
