Help!

I purchased a Cyber twin head and the Cyber foot controller and while I love the range of effects it is a little difficult to use. I also have a Crate Blue Voodoo 120 half stack and I originally wanted to use the cyber twin as an effects processor and run it through the Crate but I can't seem to figure out how. I have a Morley a/b/y but I do not want to have both amp sounds at once, I just want the cyber twins effects to come through my Crate. I also wanted to set up the foot controller to have each bank based on different songs as if I had multiple pedals. Is there an easy way to route the midi map? I don't intend on getting the cyber controller program as I am a Mac user and it's expensive. I am using the 4 button switch to get different basic effects, and I have altered factory settings on certain effects to do so. I have also heard of using phantom midi power instead of the 9V adapter on the foot controller and would be interested in that mod.
So just to recap-

1. Use Cyber twin head as an effects processor and run through Crate BV-120 half stack.
2. Tips on midi mapping.
3. Phantom power mod for foot controller.

And just for the heck of it, I have am playing on a 50th anniversary American standard strat, an amazing Gibson Lp special w/ humbuckers, and a John Mayer sunburst strat.
