anyone here use this or know anything about it? pros and cons? anything would be appreciated.
i ask because my bass player is over in the sand box. i see him maybe twice a year. we hardly ever get to jam and when we do we try and cram 100 ideas into 3 or 4 hours of playing. not very productive. we need any easy way to collborate over the intranet. niether of us are computer people. he suggested this program or whatever the hell it is and i thought i'd ask the experts.

Go for it- great value for money. I'd recommend going for the Pro or the Ultra though - bit more flexible on simultaneously recordable channels.
