It looks like an old department store bass body. one of those Japanese manufacturers that used plywood.

I like to think its one of those things were the seller puts a popular name in the item's name to get more hits. Like when you see things advertised as "Stratocaster Telecaster Precision Les Paul Lespaul Strat Fender Gibson Strap Buttons."

Im definitely not an expert new to this but I was looking at Ebay last night at the Strat Plus's and saw several questionable items for sale that also had 100% ratings..I was going to ask if anyone else had seen the latest batch and noticed somethings not right too?

I see stuff like that all the time, most of the sellers are the people that flip yard sale buys or sell for other people. limited to no product research prior to the sale.

I wouldn't say most sellers are yard sale flippers, but some (like this one) are pretty obvious. And "I'm selling for someone else" is Ebay talk for "I'm pretending to be ignorant about the garbage I'm selling, so I won't be held accountable".
