Tragic!

Time to listen to something off of "Machine Head".

RIP, Jon.

Always loved Deep Purple even back when they weren't considered "heavy metal." Back in the days of "Kentucky Woman" and "Hush." Hell I don't even know if the term "heavy metal" had been coined yet. It certainly was when "Machine Head" came out and man what a stir that album made. One of my personal all time favorite albums. Damn just damn. RIP Jon, you will be missed.

Big Deep Purple fan back in the 70s. Who else would have ever thought of playing a B3 through a Marshall?
