I will not retract or apologize for my statement. You don't live in the United States let alone Texas and our cultures are thousands of miles apart. If you lived where I live and your poor, it's because you chose to be poor.

I think were just on different pages and you don't understand the opportunity's available here in the States and I don't understand the hardships yall have over there. I guess there is no right or wrong with this debate, it's a matter of ambition that I speak of.

Where I live, if your poor and willing to take it the extra mile, you can do anything you want. If your still poor, you took that fork in the road all by yourself. And yes, I am a right winged conservative if that's where your trying to lead me.

I don't know what the deal is in Scotland, but here in the States we have welfare, section 8 housing, food stamps, health care, education and retraining and many other programs for the poor and underprivileged.
So Gorgon, take a hike. Last time I looked we still have freedom of speech here. Not one singe person on this forum owes you or the poor an apology period get over it or go cry to Brad about it or put us all on your foe list.
