Jeffo...for $70 you can't go wrong...nice score, these amps started out as the red knob series of amps back in the early 90's as I remember and they were pretty sturdy amps, with some great tones.

Glad you're happy with the new amp. I've never tried one. Now you've got me curious. :?:

I bought one of these about 10 years ago, it was the reverb model. There were two versions one with reverb and one without. Reliable little booger that I paired with a Duo-Sonic short scale 6 string. Reminded me a lot of a Princeton Reverb. The Champion 110 I had was Mexican and still was a rugged amp. I sold it on eBay after about a year and the reverb went bad in shipping. Don't know why. Buyer liked it so much he kept it anyway.

Age wise and looks wise I'll take a wild stab in the dark and suggest it's the smaller brother of my deluxe. 112 plus. The clean tone is very good, I never really used the gain channel as I went nearly 10 years without the footswitch, so used an EH big muff and English muff'n. The 112 has a 12" speaker, I guess. You have a 10" speaker? I love mine and got a similar bargain to you. I'll get a pic tomorrow.

Nice result.

ive alway tried to find info about it, but it seems unless your amp has valves in, you cant find anything.
