I call it...SPONGEY PICK!
Image

I punched a hole in it with a hole puncher (obviously) then stuck a piece of a sponge in the hole. Voila! A pick that has good grip.

Tell us more. How does it feel when playing? Does it act differently than a regular pick?

Don't let 'em mock you bro.
Sponge grip picks have been around for at least 50 years ... along with cork grips, rubber plugs and pads, stamped dimples and ridges, elastic bands, drilled holes and all the super grippy plastic formulae.
It's all about grip mate, and you've found a cheap way 8)
Personally, I don't often lose my grip, but some of you may have.
Don't give up inventing.
Goodonya .....Mark.

Try washing your hands thoroughly (and dry) before you play, see if you still have a problem holding on to your picks.
