I was updating firmware and generally exploring "stuff" on my new amp and now the presets no longer display on the amp. How do I get what appears in Fuse back into my amp?

This is a good question for the Mustang amp section. Have you tried to reload from the Fuse site or reset the amp to factory settings? In the manual that came with the amp there should be directions on how to reload. I know I have my presets saved, I rally don't care for the stuff that came with the amp, I have tweaked a few to suit my needs. That way if I lose them I can reload them.

I could see the amp presets using the fuse software but nothing would display on the amp itself. I restored the factory settings. I rebooted the amp. I unplugged/re-plugged the amp. I cussed the amp. I whispered sweet nothings in the input while I rubbed its backside. (It works for my wife.) I finally gave up and cried to my acoustics.

The good news is, the problem is solved. I switched it on this morning and everything was once again right with the world - including the new presets I loaded. Like you, I wasn't too happy with most of the out-of-the-box presets but the new ones are perfect.
