The (Vocal FX) VE-20 and Harmonist (PS-6) are actually pretty cool.

Yep the VE-20 is on my 'Keep' list, would love to try that out. The harmonist? I can't really see the use for that unless I start playing 'heavy' stuff again.

The Harmonist works well for many styles of music and it's not as easy
to tweak the settings as some may think, but after you learn how it's well
worth it, IMO.

I'd sell most of them and get an Antigua Strat and Tele.

Shamefully belatedly it crossed my mind that if I won those 40 pedals I could sell the spare ones and give the money to the good causes the whole thing was meant to be about in the first place - the Children In Need and Music For All charities.

But I'm still struggling with the idea of parting with too many of the Boss compact pedals if they all came my way. For starters, I've been studying the FB-2 Feedbacker:

http://www.roland.co.uk/products/produc ... =1181&c=90

There's an early version of that gizmo in my old Boss GT-3 multi-FX unit and it is a stupid amount of childish fun. The new-ish stand alone pedal looks such a hoot I may have to buy it even if I don't win it for free! (Curse you, Roland. 8) )

I must say, the greediness I'm discovering in myself is sickening to behold. I hope someone else on this Forum made a donation to the Boss charities and wins the pedals instead. I definitely don't deserve to...

Cheers - C

You'd sell the loop station(RC-30)? I find mine very useful, and I'm wondering why... do you have something that does a better job? Just curious.

Ceri, not only should you win, only you, deserve to win.
If to qualify for deserve status, one must be a man for all seasons. Referring to his integrity and character, that person of this high caliber is truly what it means to be a man and no matter the circumstance or time, he will rise to the challenge of being the man God has created him to be. He is not perfect, but his desire is true, honest, with faith and a little doubt, that little doubt is just his wonderful curiosity about electrictronics and musical engineering, about vision, and development.
In all of the afore-mentioned Ceri, you are the status quo, lol.

When you get the pedals don't sell any of them, try them all and put them all back in their boxes. 25 years from now auction them if you would like to. Please let us know what happens. Cool thread.

Cheers :D ,
SBLS

Honestly, the only pedals I would keep for sure are the DD7 and loop station. I'd probably hold onto the rotary simulator for a while to decide if I wanted it or not. Sell everything else and buy a Blues Jr
