Another book I also just finished is 'I Feel So Good: The Life and Times of Big Bill Broonzy' by Bob Riesman http://tinyurl.com/concqxd.

I brought a copy Big Bill Broonzy's autobiography 'Big Bill Blues'http://tinyurl.com/btr2l5f about 30yrs ago and have been a fan of his music ever since I first heard 'Hey Hey' on Art Synder's 'Duck Butter Blues Show' on NPR station WYSO http://www.wyso.org back in the '70s.

Now after reading Riesman's book, I've learnt that most of what Broonzy wrote about his life was fabricated, or 'tall tales', mainly because Broonzy was a storyteller, not about his music, but life stories.

But this has taken me on another musical journey, I'm going to learn to play 'Hey, Hey' http://youtu.be/Fm1qtX7Mz5w.
