All I need now is a power supply, it seems to be a 3mm jack plug type.

Nice pick up. I'm sure they're hard to find. Enjoy!

I'm looking for a BOSS PN-2 Stereo Panning Tremolo reasonably priced and in decent shape. Why doesn't BOSS reissue this?

If I'm not mistaken, some of those old pedals were made with 1/8" jacks for the power supply. I have a couple DOD pedals that have that. I picked up a "1 Spot" adapter for a few bucks that turns a modern type plug in to an 1/8 plug in. Assuming that's what you have. Works great.
