I have used one for years. There is a drawback to them though. The more you use it, the more you'll find how much you can do with it and how many more fantastic options are at your fingertips, then, you'll be spending a LOT more time with it!

It is a great addition to a rig, i use mine every time i play.

Purchased a Supersonic Twin head.
But, its not doing it for me in the slightest so its going back

in may i saw on craigslist that someone wanted to trade their jcm 800 for a les paul classic. i called the guy and he didn't know anything about the amp, his friend gave it to him in 1995 so he figured it was made around then. i drive over to his place and the amp turned out to be my dream amp, a 1982 jcm 800 2203. he also had the matching cab! i tried it out and fell in love. best trade i have ever made.


and then a couple of weeks ago i sold my mesa stiletto trident. i hated that thing. i could never find a tone i liked. it sat on craigslist for months. i used the money to buy a avri 57 strat in surf green. i probably should have been smart and used the money to pay for summer class, but you only live once so what the heck.

The last purchase was a Boss RT-20 Rotary Ensemble that I really like. The next is going to be a used 100 watt Seymour Duncan Convertible (unless I win a lottery )
