Hey there, idk if there are any similar threads around, then I'm sorry.

Whats the latest music-related thing you bought?

I ordered a nice delay pedal just a moment ago. A TC Nova Delay, the iB Modified version. Really looking forward to it! :)

When I was at GC, playing at the 3rd week of prelims of the BOTB. I used the 15% coupon, I got for participating, and bought me a Hercules double stand! Love it!

My last gear purchase was another Fender guitar, a 2006 MIM Fender Anniversary Strat that I found hanging on the wall at Music-Go-Round. I had a 20% Off Coupon, so I used that on the guitar to get my total expenditure down to an even $180. I figured that was a darn good price for a creamy Strat with rosewood fretboard.

I was planning to swap the mint green pickguard for a red tortoise and last Sunday I did just that. When I pulled the old pickguard off I discovered a matched set of Kent Armstrong TweedTone pickups, which I discovered with a little research were priced at about $180 for the H-S-S set.

Looks like that $180 guitar was a bargain in more ways than one!

Had a bit of a spree about 6 weeks ago......Zoom R16, SEX 1 Condenser mic, 4 BagAmps, A sub and sub amp, Squier tele, Boss Octave pedal, EH neo clone, EH Memory Man, splitter pedal, anothe boss tuner, bouzouki, bugera BC15..........I think that's it........ :shock: 8)

No new gear for the wookee for a while............. :roll:

I went a little nuts in the last few weeks. I got a Line 6 M-13 Stompbox Modeler....I sold all my old pedals to get it....I really wanted a Uni-Vibe and this has that and SO much more! I also bought a Blackstar HT-5R....A little 5 watt amp that is perfect for recording at home. My Hot Rod Deluxe is an awesome amp but finding that sweetspot blows the doors off my place and I needed a smaller amp.

Really nice gear purchases! I will go on a tare after summer when I've made some money. A new amp is up, and a bunch of effects. Cant wait for that either! :D

I just picked up a SansAmp Bass Driver DI pedal. It's time to improve the bass tone now that I am (mostly) happy with my guitar tone. I don't play bass much, but I do add bass lines to some of my recordings.

So far I am VERY happy with it, an incredible improvement in tone right out of the box. :D

Pitifully little for me, I'm afraid......

Some parts for a new planned Strat build
A pair of vintage "PAT.PEND." tilt-back legs for a Super Reverb
A pretty clean Fender-marked Jensen C12N from 1966
A couple of other odds and ends to keep my amps running

Admittedly not very dramatic.
