Disclaimer: As a guitarist, basically ................ I stink ................ and I'm not real good on guitar either.
So, with that stellar qualification, allows me to opine.

After taking the Corona Fender Factor Tour last week (I'm still thinking about it, it was so excellent), I spent some time in the Fender Visitor Center's "room with all the Fender stuff that you can play with, including amps and guitars". And I came away most impressed/surprised with the Pawn Shop Fender 72 guitar.

There is alotta "not standard" Fender tone in that axe. It went from pitch perfect Country twang to thick and complex hollowbody humbucker with a knob turn. The pickup mix knob is just flat out cool and fun to operate. I was very surprised at how many different tones this thing seemed to be able to produce.

It is kind of silly looking though (I think it needs at least a bridge pu cover). Would love to hear if a real guitarist in here thinks so too. Wish it was made in Corona, though. Would have bought it that day.
