My Daughter is 3+, and I got her this Squire Strat Mini

Never too early to start, and I want her to take her time building up the interest in playing guitar. Oh I also bulit a smokey circuit AMP into the guitar so she (and I) can play it anywhere without dragging a mini amp around attached to it.

I was waiting til she's big enough to actually hold the mini correctly... but you might be right- no harm in getting it now and letting her have fun make noise with her own... shes already enjoying putting mine in her lap and strumming around on it.... we might just go buy one this weekend ;)
