Sore from going camping over the weekend. That in itself is sad and is a sure sign that I should be more active. Instead I'm going to play guitar while sitting down right now. :?

That said, the trip was aswesome and the kids loved it which was the best part. :D

Having a great day today, today is 21 days sober after 10 years of drinking and drug taking. The last 3 weeks have been very up and down but I've made it this far. I know it won't be smooth sailing still from here but I'm feeling better and I'm determined to make it!
