I do not have a Fender dealer close to me (within 85 miles), will I be able to download a PDF of each new copy and will I be notified when a new magazine is available?

I tried to subscribe to the magazine but when I clicked the submit button it would not be accepted it because no dealer location could be found.

Harry: for those like yourself who do not have easy/realistic access to a dealer we will very likely make a full PDF available for download in the future but naturally the main initial point here is to get folks to head into a dealer, pick up the magazine, and hopefully purchase 3 Stratocaster guitars and a Fender amplifier in the process! (Just kidding.)
