Hi,

I'm a newby. Bought a Mustang 1 but I don't think I'll keep it. Going to go buy a simple, small tube amp. But in the meantime, I just want a clean sound with no reverb. How do I get that? I'm only using the master control. I tried to get the clean sound on Fuse but it didn't work for me.
Thanks

Welcome to the forum, but we may be confused. Have you just tried turning the reverb off? And I'm wondering why you wouldn't want reverb running, clean assuming your playing a guitar like a Strat or, whatever.

Maybe I'm weird, but I like reverb and if I have some chorus, Im cool!~

You can hook the Mustang 1 to your computer and open up Fuse (once wdownloaded) and change any paramiter you want. Reverb off...poof. I will be honest that nothing beats a really well built tube amp though.

I like a little chorus but not reverb. I don't play heavy metal or rock. Just learning some blues and other chords. I tried to turn the reverb off but I guess I don't really know what I'm doing. I turned the dial to off and hit save on the amp and on Fuse. it didn't work.

In Fuse you can completely remove the reverb device. I may be wrong but I don't think this can be done without Fuse.

If you're only playing clean why do you think a tube amp would be better?

A simple tube amp like Behringer BC-15. I have one down south, where I live in the winter. I don't need all the effects that are on the Mustang.
