Pretty one, I must say!

I have a Mexican Strat, hoping to get a Tele sometime and complete the family.

Would you say they are worth the money? Or not?

yes they are. the quality and sound is not that far off from an American. but they are half the price and you don't have to be afraid of banging it up a little.

Oh, you're right! My Strat suffered a little encounter with a screwdriver while I was screwing the back of my guitar (this sounds so bad out of context  ). It slipped from my hand and the back of the screwdriver made a bump on the guitar. The other encounter was also small and isn't noticeable. Well, this is how to naturally relic a guitar after all, huh? :D

Also, we can always buy better pickups for our Mexys and have them sound better. Bang for the buck.

A agree the two tone burst is nice and I prefer it over the three tone.

Congrats kid, you are now officially a Fender Forum Pro photographer. It's all thanks to the last photo where you put your feet in the photo, I am betting knowingly.
