Bizarre rules for Canadian entrants (from the rules posted) "Any entrant who is a Canadian resident and who is selected as a potential winner must first meet special requirements under Canadian law before being designated a winner, including correctly answering a time-based, mathematical skill-testing question administered by Sponsor (or Sponsor's designated agent) without mechanical or electronic assistance."
You must be capable of computation I guess!

I'm used to it--one store had a draw and if you were confused or got the answer wrong (You filled it out on the entry form ahead of time), they told you the correct answer.

I didn't need the help, but they confirmed I got the answer correct.

That's a good question and one where I've not seen the answer. After I claimed the Strat I just assumed I'd get an email from Fender saying it was on the way to my location. But alas, it has not happened and your question stands...
