I remember waycool's PM message he sent to me, I can vaguely remember what the thread was a bout though. Not that it matters, I thought he was a nice guy to be honest.

I think there are some members that may chime out but still read the forums- I myself have done exactly that. I still read them almost every few days but I have other things that I have been doing and playing my guitar more is just one of those things

I will say however, anyone who has stuck around for a while will agree on this and we see it happen all the time. A thread flames up, someone gets annoyed & insulted and things get out of hand, before long Brad locks it all down. Another thread will come up usually
in the lines of 'This forum aint what it used to be..' - a continuation of the former thread, where people will threaten to leave and others beg to stay, but rarely happens that anyone does leave for good. After that, all is well. It's a life cycle of a flamed thread Ive seen over and over ;D lol

I believe waycool still reads up on these forums- like someone said, he made too many postings to go completely cold turkey
