i need your help again sir. i tried the search thingy and i don't know how to use the PM thing either. you offered me some great advice on building a pedal board awhile ago. i can't find that info. i already have an idea of what i want to do but i'm not much of a DIY guy. i have the material here and i want to do a better job this time around. i'm also removing the tube screamer and thinking about replacing it with an xotic ep booster but i'm going to start another thread on that subject.
i won't bother you like this in the future.

No worries mate. I could do with the mental distraction at the moment. Though I may be unavailable for some time.
You can always email me at ndfenton@googlemail.com

Anyway pedal board. Here's what I did.

I started with my top section and planned how I wanted my pedals to sit on it.

Then cut holes for cables and power supply jacks to protrude through the board.

Sorted out some wood for the base.

Cut a base board and some sides

Got that into a sort of box shape.

Now this is the bit that needs a bit of faith. Cos I've lost the photos.
I sprayed the sections black. Put some hinges on the longer upright section of the base. The attached the top section to those.
I also drilled a hole through that upright part of the base section and put a 4way power extension in there.

Here is the finished thing.
