Get some waterslide decal printer paper

http://www.lazertran.com/products/lazer ... inkjet.htm

Print what you want on it. Leave it to dry (they say 15 minutes, I give it an hour). Then I lacquer it. You don't have to, I just prefer to lacquer the decal, not the guitar.

Once it's dry, soak the decal image side up in some warm water for a minute. Take it out the water, slide the decal off the backing onto the surface you want it on.
