Tony,I'm so sorry to find out about Ed's passing, I know that it's especially hard to loose a beloved friend that you shared the love of music with for so long.My heart goes out to you and Ed's friends and family.You are all in my thoughts and prayers-God Bless You All.

Again, thanks for all your comforting posts. It's been a tough couple of days, even though I knew that the 'day' would come for him. I had a long talk with his wife yesterday and she seems to be taking her loss a little better. I know that tomorrow will be hard for her.

I'm working on my comments that I will speak tomorrow, and I hope that my words comfort his family & friends.

My only regret is that I didn't get the chance to take him to the Rock Hall of Fame http://rockhall.com/. I'm a VIP charter member and could have taken him 'backstage', but he knew his wife would be lost without him. I posted before that she has MS and is wheelchair bound.
