Wrapped up this Atlas Low Rider Amp Stand today, it's spooky lightweight, walnut, and strong enough to hold any guitar rig ever made:)

Josh, amazing carpentry Bro, the DR stand is as pretty as a picture. I had to sell a 1965 SR and one of your pieces of guitar art would have been perfect for it. Thanks for posting your contest, the Ampeg cabinet is a representation of warmth and richness that I haven't seen in cabinets for music since the 1920's. Well done Josh, keep up the good work!

Thanks, I love the the old school look in amps too!

Finished up one of the larger projects this week. Walnut Low Rider Atlas stand with a fold out guitar stand to fit a LP, includes a seperate guitar stand for an acoustic as well as a powere pedal board.

The Amp Stand weighs 9.5 pounds
The Guitar Stand weighs 3 pounds
The Pedal Board weighs 8 pounds

It's an honor to build this kind of hardwood guitar gear.

Kind Regards,
Josh

And here is the pedal board as it would look if it were mine:)

Here are the latest Atlas Amp Stands completions from this past weekend:)

The first is a basic two-tone Low Rider with blue LEDs so that the owner can find his rig when the stage lights are down. It has a Cherry base and a Walnut backrest. It'll be holding a Marshall DSL401. The LEDs run on two AAA bats and will easily last several days without needing to be changed. I put my '68 Ampeg Reverberocket II on it and now I'm wishin' it was mine:) lol

Image

The second build is a matching pair of Cherry Amp Chassis Cradles for an Amp Tech/Builder out of Canada. The front tray is for his tubes, components and building tools. I seriously hope each and every handwired guitar amp that he builds on them finds its way to a worthy owner, and once again I find myself wishin' they were mine:)

Kind Regards,
Josh
