It would be cool if we could pull it off, but in reality we would be better off if we did a regional jam session. I can travel to anywhere in Texas. Sorry Riley, Australia is too far for me. :D

We could try to pull off a webinar type meeting. That is if someone knows how to do that.

I thought it started at Sun Recording Services in Memphis, Tennessee? 8)

(only joking. if we start tracing roots we'll never end up playing! Ever!)

Cheers lads.

I volunteered my back garden for it last year when someone came up with the same idea but there were no takers, even though I have room for lots of vehicles and tents etc.

BTW I'd be afraid to go to Australia even though I have dozens of relatives in Tasmania mostly,I know that once I got there I'd never want to leave.

We could pull our money together and rent Liechtenstein for it.

Some of us have quite regular Forum get-togethers. 8)

So happens, I had one last Friday and I've got another this Thursday.

A standing invitation to Fender Forum users: if you're passing through my town the beers are on me. Many have already taken advantage of that offer and more will in the future, no doubt.

Don't be a stranger! :D

Cheers - C

I think that someone of your age SKcoppertele should be very careful when planning such a get together.

If it were my kid and I found she'd posted something similar to a room full of 30 year old plus fellas, I'd have a lot to say about it.

Joking aside, be careful kid. Get your Mom/Dad involved eh?

And yes, on Friday, because it so deserves a mention. Ceri introduced me to a whole new world. One so fascinating and charming that I'm strongly considering a career shift.

Who would of though strip karaoke could be so captivating?
