Happens that way if you have a few guitars...

One day you pick up a long neglected one and it's "magic" again!

Yeah SG's are such cool guitars, i really like them. They seem to have more bite and sizzle than regular LP's which are smoother sounding. I loved Angus's sound in AC/DC. They are very much an underrated guitar.

Those Epi SGs,G-400s and G-400 Customs are great guitars and despite what a lot of people say you don't need to swap out the pickups. When I put my G-400 Custom through one of my Marshalls she can get just as raunchy as any Gibson SG,as a matter of fact my daughter's boyfriend prefers my G-400 to his Gibson SG.

It's great to hear from you again Riley, don't be a stranger.

I do this from time to time if I get in a rut. I'll switch guitars and all of a sudden wow , why haven't I been playing this one more often. Often switching from singles to humbuckers rekindles my interest. :)

Variety is the spice of life. I love pulling out a guitar I haven't played in a while. I realize why I bought it in the first place. Nice to see you back.
