I am looking for best sound quality, versatility, and tone. I play mostly blues so a good overdrive/crunch and clean is desired. Wah must also be good, along with delay and a nice distortion. Which one? They don't have to be AMAZING, just not crappy and not too too sterile. Also, does one of them have a feature where I can store an effect with a button and press it so for instance, I can switch between overdrive to clean and vice versa? Are those what to buttons near the bottom are for? As long as I can switch from designated effects without bending over to turn a knob, that would be great. Thanks for the help.

I'd get the digitech if I had to choose between the two.

I have an RP200 and access to a POD XTLive.

POD XTL $400, not as user friendly using the built in knobs and buttons, and somewhat intimidating as it's like having a music store full of pedals and amps. More flexible in many ways, can download free tones made by other guitarists from their tone website and install them into the unit using their free, and some not free software through a USB cable. Guitarport is free and pulls up a virtual pedal board on your computer screen every time you change/access tones and you can use a mouse to tweak knobs to adjust the tone. Line 6 Monkey software, also free, keeps the internal programming up to date, and allows you to backup all your tones as a file on your computer and can reinstall them later. You can also, for a fee, download and install new amp models. Fairly steep learning curve

RP 350 $200 User friendly using the knobs and buttons, good stock tones, can edit and store them in other locations as well like the PODXTL. Like having a music store shelf of good amps and pedals. Not as steep learning curve. Looks like it also has USB capability like the POD.....

Hmm. I think I may get one to replace my RP200.....

I meant the floor pod not the Pod XT live, but they should have similar tones and functions. Thanks for the replies.
