After having my infusion cancelled last week due to a 140 heart rate,I had it done yesterday.I have some improvement but not by leaps and bounds. My hands still get sore and stiff after a couple of minutes playing but not as bad as before.I was supposed to get my chiropractic treatment today but the chiropractor was sick so now I have to wait 'til next week to get my treatment.I'll still keep at the stretching exercises and do them every chance I get just to keep the muscles limber. My next Remicade treatment isn't untl a month's time so it's going to be a pretty long wait before I see any really good results, if any at all.

I hope your treatments work out for you. Won't be long you'll be back trying to wear out a fretboard :D .

Remicade or Infliximab is a serious medication Derek. I'm sending Chicago mojo your way, keeping you in prayers and thoughts. Get better Bro.

Small measured steps forward are better than sliding backwards.

All the best.

Sending some "Boston" mojo your way...

Thanks again for all the support guys, this is day 4 after the treatment and the pain in myback isn't as bad but my hands are still very bad.I still can't play any longer than about a minute but press on until the pain gets so bad that my fretting hand cramps up and I literally can't hold the pick,I thank Les Paul's inspiration for that.Any way this was only the 2nd treatment so maybe the next one will make a difference. In the meantime I keep my 50th Ann. Strat close by every day and pick it up several times throughout the day and play it as long as I can tolerate to keep from letting the ligaments and muscles get atrophied and tightened up.
