How did I miss this post? Jim will be missed. I met him briefly at the Musik Messa in Frankfurt Germany in 95. He was real easy going, signed a poster of a Bluesbreaker amp for me, possed for a picture...will have to upload that one sometime...he looked you in the eye and used your name when he talked to you. He was fairly softspoken too, but the one thing I distinctly remember thinking about him was when he shook my hand he had hamhocks for hands and one heck of a grip!

Great amps, great man...Rock wouldn't be the same if he had not come along...
