Hey folks!

I've been watching some videos regarding this amp lately and I really like its sound. However, I have looked in every music website (in my country and abroad) and haven't found it for sale.

Does any one know if it's discontinued?

Thanks guys!

You snooze, you looze.

I assume you're talking about the blackface '64 modified reissue SRV/Ceasar Diaz version with the 15" speaker...? They pop up periodically on eBay (as Floyd mentioned), but be prepared to pay.

I have the brownface/brown Tolex '63 re-issue w/2x10 speaker configuration that was made between 1992 and 1995 (I think TonyHouston does, too), and it's cooler than the top of Mount Everest...but those are harder to find than the more recent re-issue. It's a very underrated amp.

Oh, man! I loved it, but I guess it'll be expensive and hard to find. :(

I'll most likely try to find another amp that has a sound like the Vibroverb.
Do you think something around the Super Reverb or the Vibrolux would be a nice choice considering the Vibroverb?

Yes on Super, yes on a vintage Vibrolux (especially the oddball silverface version), no on the current Vibrolux offering.

Every time I have played a version of the current Vibrolux, I found it to be an abomination.

Yes, I have one too, and love it! I use a BOSS ME-20 with it.

Looks awesome, Tony!
There is still some time until I buy myself a Fender tube amp, but if a good deal comes along, I'll make sure to not pass it.

I tried the BOSS ME-25 and to be honest, I didn't like it very much. All I want and need is an Ibanez TS9, Cry Baby Wah Wah and a BOSS TU-3, which I will acquire throughout my life. Then a Fender tube amp and start a guitar collection. :D

The thing about ME-20 is that it only has 'pedals', not amp sims like ME-25. I got one because the Vibroverb doesn't have Master volume, so I use a Blues Driver OD FX that I created, and I use the rotary effect.

I didn't like the reverb or tremolo in the ME-20, but I didn't need them anyway since the Vibroverb has them.

I used the ME-20 (only with Blues Driver) with the Fender Twin when I did that King of Blues 'fiasco' http://youtu.be/puqPD0L2Vjo.

Great work on that playing and man I love that orange suit! :P

Holy crap, I just found a store in my country that has a '64 Vibroverb Custom.

They ask you to send an email to ask for the price.

This is written in portuguese, but just if you want to check it for curiosity:

http://www.russomusica.com/instrumento.php?inst=647

By the way, I found that website from the Fender Dealers option here in the website!

I don't think you can go wrong with a '64 Vibroverb (or the re-issue)......

Can I live in that room, please? I don't even need a blanket, just the warmth of the tubes. :D

He definitely doesn't need all that. If it was me, I'd keep the one I like the most (probably the Vibroverb) and get the money.
